THE PERFECT stew
IN TIME
There are usually different types, such as vegetable stews like iahnie ( bean stew). The meat stews are very popular, among them is the ciulama a bechamel sauce , with chicken and mushrooms, or the papricaÅŸ which is served on the bottom of a baked bread, making a plate, tocana, wanted meat and potatoes with tomato sauce and bell pepper, similar to goulash.
